Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using VegasCitations.com (the "Site") or purchasing any services offered by VegasCitations, a service of LasVegasSEO.Ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

VegasCitations provides local citation building, directory listing management, press release distribution, social media promotion, Google Business Profile optimization, and related digital marketing services for businesses located in or serving the Las Vegas, Nevada market. The specific deliverables for each service tier are described on our Pricing page and in any written order confirmation you receive.

2. Payment & Fees

All one-time packages are billed in full at the time of purchase. Monthly subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis on the same calendar day each month. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and Klarna financing where available. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in Section 4 (Refund Policy).

Web Design Subscription: The VegasCitations Web Design Package is a subscription service billed at $497/month for the first 12 months, then $297/month from Month 13 onward. Upon cancellation at any time, your website will be taken offline and will no longer be accessible. VegasCitations is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from cancellation. You retain ownership of all content you provide; website design, hosting, and automation tools are included only while the subscription is active.

3. Delivery & Timelines

We aim to begin work within 3–5 business days of receiving payment and all required business information. Full delivery timelines vary by package and are communicated during onboarding. Directory listings, news site backlinks, and press releases are subject to third-party publication schedules that are outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or traffic increases, as search engine algorithms change frequently.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all sales are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If you believe there is a material failure to deliver the agreed services, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue or issue a partial credit at our discretion. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel future billing at any time.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete business information (name, address, phone number, website, description, photos, etc.) required for citation building. You represent that you have the legal right to list the business and that all information provided is truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of VegasCitations / LasVegasSEO.Ai and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Content you submit to us (photos, descriptions, logos) remains your property; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result (such as a specific search ranking) will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VegasCitations and LasVegasSEO.Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
